Opening Hours

Monday	7.00am – 6.30pm
Tuesday	8.00am – 6.30pm
Wednesday	8.00am – 6.30pm
Thursday	9.00am – 6.30pm
Friday	8.00am – 5.00pm

Appointments after these hours by arrangement (please phone during office hours). Home visits can also be arranged.

Pilates classes are held in the mornings and late afternoons/early evenings.

Location

Parking and entrance are at the back.

Directions: Turn south at the roundabout on Park Beach Road (opposite the entrance road to Park Beach Plaza) and follow the signs to McDonalds. We are located between Sportspower and McDonalds.
